Whitmire Performs in "Treasure Island" Production

Holly Whitmire from Snowflake participated in the Northland Pioneer College production of Treasure Island. Students performed the play five times over the course of two weeks in November 2015.

Based off of the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson, this adaptation begins at an inn on the Devon coast of England in 1775, and quickly becomes an unforgettable tale of treachery and mayhem featuring a host of legendary swashbucklers, and of course, 14-year-old Jim Hawkins, who longs for adventure. Also at the center is the infamous Long John Silver, perhaps the most famous hero-villain of all time.
