Teresa Wise Receives NPC Laptop Scholarship

Teresa Wise, of Show Low, AZ, has received the NPC Laptop Scholarship sponsored by the NPC Student Government Association. One student from each of the nine Northland Pioneer College campus/center locations was awarded a laptop. To be eligible for the scholarship competition, each student must be seeking a degree from NPC while currently enrolled in nine or more credits, have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, demonstrate financial need and submit a teacher's letter of recommendation. Students were also required to write a two-page essay explaining how winning the laptop would further their educational goals.
