Carlotta Belone is NPC Scholarship Recipient

Northland Pioneer College has announced the names of several scholarship recipients in advance of the spring 2018 semester. Among those scholarship recipients is Carlotta Belone, of Winslow, AZ, who is the recipient of the Pres Winslow Memorial Scholarship.
